Cool Autumn Morning on The Water (0309)

            A cool morning (43F/6C) just after sunrise, caused the lake to fog over for a short time.  This photograph was taken on my way to Laurel Park located on the north-east portion of Lake Lanier.  As I crossed a small bridge I saw this view of the water to my right, pulled over and took the shot.  An hour later as I was returning, the mist had all lifted or burned off, so I feel fortunate I took the image when I did.  The colors are starting to change on a few of the trees that line the banks, but it may be mid-November before the color change reaches it peak color.
