Dusk at Point Pinos - a photo on Flickriver

            There wasn't a single cloud in the sky on my 2nd evening in Pacific Grove, so attempts to get an interesting sunset were thwarted again; on the previous night thick fog descended before 5 p.m., and the sun just quietly disappeared. So I spent the time using my 10-stop filter to create some interesting long exposures. I should have gone back to the car to get the GND's too...  

This is a 30 second exposure; a short exposure taken before the 10-stop filter was applied is included below in the first comment box.

Made it to #6 in Explore too :)
