'Panoramic Penmon' - Black Point, Anglesey

            Since we were given a nice clear night it seemed rude not to head to the local beach and grab a few stars before the moon was set to rise just before 10pm. 

There really is no better place to get an amazing landscape view of the sea, stars and coast... so I tried to capture all the elements in one shot for a change rather than picking out pieces, I don't tend to shoot panorama's too often but was pleased how this came out.  I used 9 vertical shots to stitch them together, at 16mm, 20secs, f2.8 and ISO3200.

Here's hoping we have similar weather for the weekend when I'll be hosting Welshot Imaging's Seascape/Nightscape workshop, and getting our intrepid Iceland explorers ready for February's trip out there :-)
