A nature walk is more than a change of scenery: more than anywhere else, nature gives us the opportunity to slow down and feel part of the landscape.

Take this time to be alone with yourself and to reflect on what you feel and what matters to you. You won't necessarily find solutions to your problems or answers to your questions, but you have the opportunity to take emotional stock of yourself.
