Old Mostar Bridge in black and white

            This was taken before the war that destroyed so much of the physical and social foundations of Mostar - the famous old bridge was shattered and fell into the water. It has since been rebuilt, offering some hope, at least, that the social fabric of the town may one day become whole again.
