            This communications facility is off the beaten track in southwestern Idaho. It lies close to, and is visible from, SR 51, about six miles (9 km) southwest of Grasmere and 21 miles (33.6 km) north of the Idaho-Nevada boundary

SR 51 is a major portion of the driving route between the Snake River plain of southern Idaho and Elko, Nevada.

I do not remember seeing any signs along the highway that even acknowledged the presence of the facility. There is military activity not far away at Mountain Home. No doubt this is the property of the military (or NSA?).
