Meet Francis. I saw a fellow Flickr friend take his photograph a while ago and I was struck by his blue eyes. They say the eyes are the window to the soul. Anyway after walking past him on many occasions I finally asked if I could take his photograph. He agreed in exchange for a pie. Francis left Palmerston North for Auckland New Zealand some time ago because he couldn't handle the cold weather in Palmerston North.

When taking street portraits you really only get a few minutes to capture the photograph before the person because restless so you often only get one chance at the photograph. Any feedback on this would be appreciated. Thanks
