Boot Bank Barn - a photo on Flickriver

Boot Bank Barn

            I just had a trip to the Lake District staying at the National Trust camp site at Eskdale.
Unfortunately I didn't take many pictures and we had a lot of rain.
On our last day we decided to walk up Boot Bank and on to the stone circles at Brat's Hill and Low Longrigg.
I took this shot of some old hut's/barns at the top of Boot Bank with a brief shaft of sunlight on the field in the background.
We moved on from here but quickly retreated back as the rain hit.
A couple of the barns had a roof like this one but the doorways are small and full of sheep poo! So the sides of the buildings provided shelter to put away the camera and get the waterproofs on.
