VMFA-121 and MWSS-171 facilitate Field Carrier Landing Practice

Rogelio Salado, a fixed-wing aircraft mechanic with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 121, following field carrier landing practice (FCLP) at Ie Shima, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 16, 2023. Marine Aircraft Group 12 fighter squadrons routinely conduct FCLPs to maintain readiness in support of 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit deployments as well as expeditionary operations in the Indo-Pacific.
