Boulder Grange, J. F. Bandholt 1902

            Landmark Craftsman-Shingle style house designed and built by  J.F. Bandholt in 1902.  During the decade the Bandholts lived in Glendora , they operated a 20-acre citrus ranch and were actively engaged in the commercial and civic life of the community.  The property changed hands several times, eventually purchased by the Ludwick and La Fetra families who donated it to the city for eventual use as the senior center in memory of Clem and Betty La Fetra in 1989.  Designated a Glendora Historic Landmark (No. 4) in 1990.  Located at 333 Foothill Boulevard in Glendora, California.
