Kent Estuary seen from Jack Scout, Arnside and Silverdale AONB, Lancashre, UK

            This evidently windswept headland is on the northern side of Cow Cove, overlooking the point where the Kent Estuary seamlessly vanishes into the expanse of Morecambe Bay

Within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Jack Scout has the additional designation of Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), as lowland limestone pavement (with the associated flora) meets the sea at some of the only rocky coastal cliffs in North West England.
