Just another morning in the Platt Street Tunnel on Channelside Drive. The Platt Street Tunnel is a lighted art installation by Erwin Redl, an Austrian light artist. This piece is called "Circles Unity". These circles can change the full RGB spectrum and even individually to off-set each other in a two-color contrasting.
