P0001261 Shanghai Light Show From Indigo Hotel - 06-Oct-2019

            The first year the Shanghai tower was completed, they'd put moving spotlights on it during Chinese New Year's for the annual light show, however and unfortunate stampede did put a halt to the light show for several years.  We got rumours that it would return for the 2019 National Holidays was it was the 70th anniversary of the PRC.  Sure enough, the days preceding the holidays testing of various lighting installations took place randomly so I started preparations to find a good location to take this all in.  I ended up going to a well known spot which was the rooftop bar on the Indigo Hotel at the Bund, but this time I took the Southern balcony which was much less crowded than the Northern one, where all the tourists went.  Too bad we didn't get better weather conditions on both nights I went....
