New York Street / Metropolitan Area - a photo on Flickriver

            The ongoing adventures of the "obsessive compulsive detective" Adrian Monk (Tony Shalhoub) and his sidekick as he stumbles his way through unsolved murder cases with cotton gloves. Although the series is set in San Francisco, much of it is shot on the Universal backlot, with the New York Street area being a favorite location.
