登録品種の植物体の特性の概要
この品種は、「ピュアサラ」に「ダーハムキャッスル」を交配して育成されたものであり、花はドーサル・セパルが浅黄緑の地色に明黄緑色のぼかし及び条線が入る、ラテラル・セパル及びペタルが浅黄緑の地色に明黄緑色のぼかしが入る、リップは長三角形で淡緑黄の地色に明黄色の斑点が入る中型種である。草型の大きさは中、草姿は中間型である。ぎ球茎の正面の形は卵形、横断面の形は扁円形、高さは61～100㎜、長径は51～70㎜である。葉の全体の形は線形、先端の形は鋭先形、頂点の角度は30～45度、先端の角度は30～60度、葉の長さは45～75㎝、幅は21～30㎜、葉色は緑、葉数は13～15枚である。一花茎の花数は11～20、花茎の太さは6.1～9.0㎜、長さは50～80㎝、色は淡緑、抽出の方向は斜上である。咲き型は部分反転･平咲き、花の横径は81～100㎜、縦径は61～80㎜、ドーサル・セパル正面の形は長楕円形、先端の形は微突形、ラテラル・セパル正面の形は湾曲広線形、先端の形は不等微突形、ペタル正面の形は広線形、先端の形は不等微突形である。リップ正面の形は長三角形、先端の形は微突形、周縁の反転及び波打ちは中である。全体的な花色は緑系、花色はドーサル・セパルは浅黄緑（JHS カラーチャート3304）の地色に明黄緑（同3305）のぼかし及び条線が入る、ラテラル・セパルは浅黄緑（同3304）の地色に明黄緑（同3305）のぼかしが入る、ペタルは浅黄緑（同3103）の地色に明黄緑（同3305）のぼかしが入る、リップは淡緑黄（同2903）の地色に明黄（同2506）の斑点が入る。花の香りは弱、開花期は冬である。「フォルテッシモ・ピアニスト」と比較して、咲き型が部分反転・平咲きであること、リップに明黄色の斑点が入ること等で、「エスポワール　ベルディ」と比較して、リップ正面の形が長三角形であること、リップの斑点の色が明黄であること等で区別性が認められる。

登録品種の育成経過の概要
この品種は、平成３年に出願者の温室（徳島県美馬市）において、「ピュアサラ」に「ダーハムキャッスル」を交配し、その実生の中から選抜、以後、増殖を行いながら特性の調査を継続し、14年にその特性が安定していることを確認して育成を完了したものである。なお、出願時の名称は「ホワイトレディ　ほの香」であった。
