100 Strangers 65/100 - a photo on Flickriver

            This is Garath who I met getting his pipes all set up on the Royal mile Edinburgh. This is the first he's been out busking with his pipes for 9 months. The Saturday before Christmas should have been a gold mine for him, but sadly due to COVID 19 restrictions the Royal Mile is eerlly quiet.

Garath used to play in band from Lanarkshire, but is now happily enough pursuing a solo path. 

I forgot to ask him what tartan was his kilt, though I did ask him his favourite tune which is 'Loch Broom'
