Torres del Paine by Moon Light - a photo on Flickriver

            We got up very early on the morning of November 16, 2016. Our plan was to drive from our hotel on the western side of Torres del Paine National Park to the east gate area where the Guanacos congregate - and the Pumas hunt them. It was around the time of the super moon, so of course we had to stop on the way and take some pictues of the extraordinary scenery. 

Each time I try this, my respect for landscape photographers increases. The vista was stunning but I really had no idea how to compose the picture or what settings to use. Various test shots failed to capture anything close to the majesty of the scene. This is the best I could do.
