Henry VIII Cake

            This cake is for the lovely Claire who is leaving the court for a high flying job in London.  She is Henry viii obsessed so the theme for her cake was a no-brainer.  I will be taking this to work tomorrow.  
The cake is coconut with a coconut and chocolate filling.  She loves Bounty bars so that is the flavour I was going for.  :-) x
