Two black fives at the east end of Chester General, December 1965

            We always used to call them 'mickeys' though!  No doubt the locos are heading to Chester shed which was on the Crewe line just beyond the station. One of the first photos I took with a 35mm camera.  The camera in question was a secondhand Halina 35x, which I still possess.  It was made in Hong Kong so was probably marked 'Empire Made'.  Bought with the proceeds of my first week's wages as a humble Class 4 Clerk at Chester Divisional Manager's office.  As you can imagine I was over the moon with the results from this tiny camera which served me well for several years.
