Even at this young age, Uly was a fearless tree climber, at least when she was going up. When it came to getting back down, she was a bit less confident. During this adventurous climb, she couldn't seem to decide whether to go down head first or tail first. (I suggested the latter which had worked well for her before). This photo moment was in between trying both alternatives, precariously hanging, and defying gravity! While I held my breath, she found her way down without injury. It may not have been graceful, but she got the job done, and was off to continue her exploring.
