A sense of pleasure, beauty - a photo on Flickriver

We headed to beautiful Santa Cruz, located at the California coast across the hill from the Silicon Valley. Sunset was at 241° WSW, so we went to the Twin Lakes State Beach to get a direct line of sight with the Walton Lighthouse. It's worth while waiting for the mysterious light of the blue hour, especially on the last day of the year.

I processed a realistic, a paintery, and a photographic HDR photo from three RAW exposures, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.
