Après 3 jours à Osaka, nous avons passé 6 jours à Kyoto pour les cerisiers en fleur. Kennin-ji est un de mes temples préférés à Kyoto. 

Ce dessin est un peu particulier et sa perspective complètement fausse. J'étais en effet caché dans un coin pour dessiner et évitais de me déplacer, d'où cette perspective 'tordue'. Au Japon, pour une raison que j'ignore, dans de nombreux temples et musées, il est spécifiquement interdit de dessiner. On peut photographier tant qu'on veut, mais pas dessiner. Je me cachais dans un coin sombre pour dessiner et ai ainsi pu échapper aux gardes qui passaient leur temps à expulser des touristes non respectueux du lieux. Je soupçonne donc qu'ils m'avaient repéré mais avaient autre chose à faire.

After 3 days in Osaka, we spent 6 days in Kyoto for the cherry blossom week (hanami). Kennin-ji is one of my favourite temple in Kyoto.

This drawing is special and its perspective completely wrong. The reason is that I was tuck away in a corner to escape temple security guards, hence this distorded perspective. For some reason, sketching is specifically forbidden in many museums and temples in Japan. You can take any picture you would like but sketching is forbidden. Note that security guards were busy with tourists's inaproppriate behavior and probably noticed my presence, considering that I was not their priority.
