Oh To Be By The Sea - a photo on Flickriver

            This is another bit of Skiathos beach lounger art. It’s a multiple exposure using two ICMs, one with a zoom and the other with a downward swipe. It was created in the camera with a Darken blend mode.

As usual I have cooked it in Nik Color Efex to bring out the colours and textures and to add a film grain for a more painterly look. The zoom has emphasised just a couple of the loungers and the vertical swipe the umbrella supports. It’s the repetition in the scene that attracted my attention, though. 

Anyway, it’s something bright and cheerful for the weekend.
