Secret Falls

This morning, I met Christina (www.flickr.com/photos/konejita/) and Walt for a morning of shooting in the Gorge. We made the near vertical hike up from Horsetail Falls to Ponytail. It's a beautiful spot. Christina shot from the middle of the creek but I stayed up high. I haven't worked through my pictures but I'm not real excited that I scored anything as great as what i'm sure Christina will post.

On my way home, I started thinking about my neighborhood falls. I never had stopped before but having been skunked at Ponytail, I thought today was the day. What I found at my neighborhood waterfall was perfect conditions and near magical light. It's a much more beautiful waterfall than I expected. So voila! My lucky day. I'll post a couple from today of my "secret falls."
