Orb Weaver Spider: Vintage Macro Lens

First of all I can't believe I got this kind of focus from a manual focus lens on this spider as the web was blowing is a breeze.  The lens and camera combination performed well.  I had the camera set to catch-in-focus and it worked as it should.

I saw a leaf floating in the air and when I went to check it out I saw that it was caught in an orb spider web. Then I saw the spider and decided to set up my camera.  The spider was actually dismantling his web as they do every morning.  They weave the wonderfully intricate webs every night only to remove them the next day and start all over again.  Human beings should be so industrious.
