Background glowing - Hintergrund Glühen (explore #436)

After I realised, that this winter will come to its end, I made a last hike through the deeply snow covered forest in the Koenigsbrück heather last sunday. OK, it was less a hike and more some kind of fitness training because there were no paths cleared and the snow was about 20 cm deep. It was worth that for sure, especially on my way back, when the sun was setting behind the trees and there was a beautiful golden glow everywhere between them.

Nachdem mir klar war, dass sich der Winter dem Ende entgegen neigt, habe ich am Sonntag nochmals einen Spaziergang durch die tief verschneite Königsbrücker Heide gemacht. Gut, es war weniger eine Wanderung als eine Fitnessübung, denn es waren in der Gegend keinerlei Wege geräumt und der Schnee war ungefähr 20 cm tief. Gelohnt hat es sich auf alle Fälle, vor allem auf dem Rückweg als die Sonne hinter den Bäumen unter ging und es überall zwischen ihnen golden geleuchtet hat.
