a birch with a view - eine Birke mit Aussicht

            Since I'm at a birthday party this afternoon, I'll probably only be able to post one photo today.
So I chose what I think is a particularly beautiful because very peaceful photo from my Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
It was taken at the beginning of the month, shortly after sunrise on mount Gohrisch.
This birch tree is located a bit off the beaten track from the popular vantage points. Yet, as I walked past, I could already see that the view here has a lot of potential.
And so I could hardly wait to return here after the sun had risen.
This photo shows that it's very helpful to take some time when taking photographs to be able to examine your surroundings more closely. This gives you the opportunity to find new, or at least less familiar, perspectives and compositions.

Da ich heute Nachmittag auf einer Geburtstagsfeier bin, werd ich wohl heute nur ein Foto posten können. 
Also habe ich mir dafür ein, so finde ich, besonders schönes da ausgesprochen friedliches Foto aus meinem Elbsandsteingebirge ausgesucht. 
Es entstand Anfang des Monats kurz nach Sonnenaufgang auf dem Gohrisch. 
Diese Birke befindet sich etwas abseits der beliebten Aussichtspunkte. Und doch habe ich beim vorbei gehen schon gesehen, dass der Ausblick hier viel Potential in sich trägt. 
Und so konnte ich, es kaum erwarten hier her zurück zu kehren, nachdem die Sonne aufgegangen war. 
Das Foto zeigt, dass es beim Fotografieren sehr hilfreich ist einiges an Zeit mit zubringen, um sich die Umgebung genauer anschauen zu können. So besteht die Möglichkeit neue, oder zumindest weniger bekannte Blickwinkel und Kompositionen zu finden.
