Stranger #58 – Zoë

Zoë wants to study psychology, she’s drawn to helping people, talking with them. In order to do what she wants, she’d have to study psychology for at least five years. She doesn’t want to become a psychotherapist as that means two years being analysed. “After that, I’ll travel. I’ll go to Australia for a month or two before I settle. Covid is the toughest thing at the moment. Wanting to see my friends is what gets me out of bed in the morning.” I asked Zoë what advice she’d give her younger self. “To not be as naive so naive. I was assaulted by a man.”

Zoë veut étudier la psychologie, elle est attirée par le fait d’aider les gens, de leur parler. Cela implique 5 ans d’études de psychologie. Elle ne souhaite pas devenir psychothérapeute car cela implique deux ans d’analyse sur elle. “Après je vais voyager. Partir en Australie un ou deux mois avant de me poser. Le plus dur en ce moment c’est le covid. Ce qui me fait me lever le matin, c’est de voir mes amies.” J’ai demandé à Zoë si elle aurait un conseil qu’elle aimerait se donner quand elle était plus jeune. “être moins naïve. J’ai été agressée par un homme.”
