Red Saddlebags Mating Dragonflys - a photo on Flickriver

            These dragonflys have already mated and are looking for just the right places for the female to deposit her eggs (the yellow mass at the tip of her tail).
Observed at the pond at Historic Canoa Ranch, Green Valley, Arizona, USA
