More than 3 years have passed since more than 1.000 women have been assaulted by gangs of men on New Year's Eve 2015 in Cologne/Germany:

"Scores of women say they were sexually assaulted and mugged by groups of men largely of Arab and north African appearance."

Since then, only very few perpetrators have been sentenced by justice. Until the end of 2017, 1210 cases have been filed - only 36 perpetrators have been prosecuted (Quotation: Zeit Online / Prosecution Cologne).

The yellow note above (photo: by german police authorities; ) had been found by two asylumseekers from Morocco and Tunisia, who had been arrested by police in Cologne, some days after New Year's Eve. The note contains translations from Arabic to German language, for ex: "I want to kiss you", "big tits", "I want to fuck you", "I kill you."

Moreover those two guys had mobile phones containing videos showing the assaults on women on new years eve 2015.
However, the prosecuter let them go - the same day they had been arrested by the police.

In this huge crime complex the rule of law doesn't exit. A fail of state which until now has only been known in third world countries.
