Overhead overtake

            As the aircraft were coming closer to each other as they approached, I set up hoping to catch another 2-in-1 shot. Here, just about fitting both aircraft into the frame, Lufthansa Boeing 747, D-ABYO (foreground), is seen here overtaking Air Berlin Airbus A330, D-ALPE, as they both fly over Newcastle towards America. Both aircraft were no more than 2000ft apart from each other - 05/07/15
