Something Like a Shooting Star - a photo on Flickriver

This is another shot I took last week when my partner and I were in the Park at Gleisdreieck. There are one or two over head bridges for the metro system to run on; one person I spoke to remarked that it reminded him of looking like the Bronx, New York, and he had a point it does. There's a certain serendipity in this photo, that I wanted to again capture a motion image yet the colour of the train matched that of the shooting star graffitied on one of the struts. How that guy painted that up there is beyond me.

I do recommend hand grips for low shutter speeds when not wanting to be somewhat rigid utilising a Tripod. You can grip the camera tighter and bring about a steadier shot, limiting motion blur. In this case, it did exactly that and I got the train exactly where I wanted it. Happy with that!
