Sunrise at Reculver - a photo on Flickriver

            It was worth getting up early, especially for that first patch of blue sky! This shot shows the ruins of a church built on the ruins of a Roman fort. At one time this fort stood at the entrance to an important sea channel, which became land several hundred years ago. With rising sea levels it will become a sea channel again.
