Luminance - a photo on Flickriver

Luminance

            I had seen a picture of this tree and was so drawn to it that I had to fly to Utah and go find it. Took a few days of unsuccessful searching. A lot of walking around asking the natives "have you seen this tree". Finally gave up and on the last day as I headed out back to the airport...resplendent in the light of the morning sun stood my muse.
My hopes and prayers for all of those affected by the alarming resurgence of Covid. Especially for those in the beautiful state where this image was taken.
