The sky train station was very poorly signposted

            In the background is the large T-1 at Jakarta airport. Several folks had told me I'd have to take a taxi to T-3 or catch a bus- which was not an appetising thought as I was tired, groggy, stressed and anxious, sleep deprived and at any rate the lowest denomination of the local currency I had was Rupiah 50,000. One of the security guards fortunately pointed me to the Skytrain station. The Skytrain is a comparatively new installation in Jakarta and is rather poorly signposted. I eventually found the station, the ride was free, but I was a bit confused as the signs on the header point to T-3 in either direction and on both platforms. One train which arrived at the opposite platform disgorged it's passengers and moved on to god knows where. Fortunately there were staff, sitting on seats at the station who would get up whenever a train was announced and guide passengers to the right one. It turned out mine arrived on the same side of the platform I was standing on.  (in transit at Jakarta airport, May 2018)
