Covered in Snow

            A hike from First to Lake Bachalp is always beautiful in summer, but in winter it has its own wonderful magic. The snow-covered mountains all around are a real highlight. The lake Bachalp usually lies frozen under a blanket of snow. This time, however, a few tracks were still visible in the untouched snow. 
In the background, you can admire the sharply jagged peaks of the Wetterhorn, Schreckhorn and Finsteraarhorn.

Eine Wanderung vom First zum Bachalpsee ist im Sommer immer wunderschön, doch im Winter hat es seinen eigenen wunderschönen Zauber. Die schneebedeckten Berge ringsum sind ein wahrer Genuss. Der Bachalpsee liegt meist tiefgefroren unter einer Schneedecke. Doch diesmal waren noch ein paar Spuren im unberührten Schnee sichtbar. 
Im Hintergrund kann man die scharf gezackten Gipfel von Wetterhorn, Schreckhorn und Finsteraarhorn bewundern.
