Rose-throated Becard - Pachyramphus aglaiae

            I wanted to get a good shot of this bird during my 2 weeks in the Yucatan in Mexico but it was quite elusive for the first week. I did get shots of it high in the canopy but nothing clear. Towards the end of the stay, our host let me go up on the roof of the Hacienda and from that vantage point I was able to get a clear shot of the male with this gorgeous pink flash on its throat.
