Battersea's Beauty

            Battersea Power Station is no doubt one of the most iconic London buildings; to me it is also the most beautiful - beautiful in the rough industrial cathedral type (still the largest brick building in Europe) that stands for a long past industrial London that was less polished and more tangible. I hope the recent redevelopment plans will stay true to that.
This photo is also part of my exploration of to explore the capabilities of my new compact camera, the Sony RX100; while looking at the detail still tells the photo apart from the output my DSLR would have produced I am impressed by the power of this tiny machine.
