Saturday morning saw me up at the crack of dawn and off out for man early morning stroll with my camera on Upton Heath in Dorset leaving Alyson Shaw snoozing quietly in our home from home (aka The White Brick)


This was a big tick in my wildlife photographic journey and one that I wasnt sure whether I would ever see these tiny little birds.


BUT I was in luck


Lots of them showing on Upton Heath on Saturday and also Sunday, but none on Monday due to the wind really picking up across the heathland
