Nairobi National Park (White Rhino) - a photo on Flickriver

These two white Rhinos still were snoozing right after sunrise in Nairobi National Park. The white rhinoceros, white rhino or square-lipped rhinoceros (Ceratotherium simum) is the largest extant species of rhinoceros. It has a wide mouth used for grazing. White rhinos are more sociable and agreeable than black rhinos.

The helmeted guineafowl (Numida meleagris) a large bird, 53 to 58 cm tall, with a round body and small head. They weigh about 1.3 kg. The body plumage is gray-black speckled with white. The wings are short and rounded, and the tail is likewise short. They form flocks of about 25 birds outside the breeding season and also roost communally. These birds are terrestrial, and prone to run rather than fly when alarmed. Their diet consists of a variety of animal and plant foods. It is native to Africa, mainly south of the Sahara, but has been widely introduced, as a domesticated species, into the West Indies, North America, Colombia, Brazil, Australia and Europe.
