Meet the Northern Princess, one of the abyssal bosses from the Kancolle game. Kancolle is a gacha game where you collect moe anthropomorphic versions of WW2 battleships.

Hoppo-tan is very popular among Kancolle fans because of her cuteness. She's affectionately nicknamed Hoppo-tan, which is derivative from her complete name, Hopposeiki-hime.

Highlighted features include the brick-built eyebrows and the subtle half-plate offset of her face, intended to outline it from the hair.

This Hoppo is actually an update of a quite old version of her that did not age too well ;-)
