c191 - shelter from the crowd - a photo on Flickriver

            I have come to the end of recent photos so I return to my covid series.  Vaccination has helped the UK return to an air of some sort of normality even if the effects of Brexit and shortages leave the future uncertain - more importantly, covid cases are amongst the highest in Europe.  Life is a bit like the wind having been blowing strongly in one direction (neo-liberal economics) only for it to have dropped, and sails flap idly while the ship of state scratches its head in the face of climate change and a sense of being marooned.  Chairmanship of COP26 reminded one of the UK's duplicity as it wants to dig for coal and extract oil.
