Claudio, the owner of the Bar Alhambra with one of his daughters.
He is born in Uruguay and his Bar Alhambra is well known in Pollenca. It´s a place, where you meet more Spanish than tourists, a place where you can enjoy some great wines and tapas and a place where you mostly can listen to good live music. - And I call him a friend.

Dilution 1:40, agitation the first 45sec then 2 every minute.
