Light Shower in the Austrian Alps - a photo on Flickriver

            ☄ During a walk in the Austrian Alps at 6 o'clock in the morning. Location: Vomperberg, Tirol, Austria, Central Europe. Altitude: 946 meters (3,104 feet). The Vomperberg is a mountain plateau above the village of Vomp in Austrian Tirol, 30 km from Innsbruck, the capital of Tirol. The hiking trail totals a round trip of 34 km. In winter, it is fascinating to see the regulars go down to the village tobogganing on a track designed for this purpose.

Le Vomperberg est un plateau montagneux situé au-dessus du village de Vomp, dans le Tyrol autrichien, à 30 km d’Innsbruck, capitale du Tyrol. Le sentier de randonnée totalise un aller-retour de 34 km. L’hiver, il est fascinant de voir les habitués descendre au village en toboggan sur une piste aménagée à cet effet.
