The Fellsman - a photo on Flickriver

The Fellsman

            A4 No. 60007 'Sir Nigel Gresley' is about to enter Shotlock Hill Tunnel heading south on the Settle to Carlisle Line on 11 June 2025.

After seeing her at Ais Gil not working at all going past I was surprised to see her stopped just after the summit as I headed south in my car. I was able to get past and just make it to the tunnel with seconds to spare and was surprised she chucked out some smoke just before entering the tunnel!
