From the bus - the road ahead crossing Gullane Links, East Lothian

            The front seat on the top deck of a bus is always a good idea to get the best view. This picture was taken from aboard EastCoastbuses 124 route (Edinburgh to North Berwick) as it crosses Gullane Links on the approach to Gullane itself. Gullane Golf Club owns three courses at this end of the village and the East Lothian village is also home to The Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers at Muirfield (one of the courses regularly used for The Open Championship) and to Luffness New.
