A Kaleidoscope of Color - a photo on Flickriver

            The sun making the fall colors glow in the tree tops along the June Lake loop in the Eastern Sierra. 

I love how the sun just makes the fall colors come alive when you have it shinning through from behind making the leaves seem to glow. I found many times as I was shooting during this trip that I would be in wonder as I was driving towards a grove of trees with the sun behind them making the foliage glow, but as I passed by and looked in my mirror the leaves became a dull color, loosing some of magic of fall. 

As I was walking through these trees I could not help but look up and soak it all in.
