Ending with a fire sale - a photo on Flickriver

            The end of Blockbusters was sad but inevitable given the rise of watching films and playing games online. The store is still empty at the time of writing. {This was once the site of a Lyons tea room.} 2022: The site has now been demolished and a building incorporating a cinema , Library , Post Office , café and four apartments is being built on the site.
