Cupula on a corner, Adriatic Tower, Gran Via/Plaza de Callao, Madrid

            The Adriatic Building, (unfortunately not visitable)
Architect: Luis Sainz de los Terreros. 1926.
A building with an aesthetic close to the Baroque, with curved pediments and classicist details, such as the circular temple that was to have a lighthouse. It has a clock on the facade. Inside there is an interesting staircase. Above the portal there is a relief with a winged lion, symbol of the company.
At its bottom was the popular Segarra shoe shop..
