House Sparrow at feeder outside my window

            All these photos are shot through the window. 
I hung a tube feeder outside my office window and it is very popular with the House Sparrows . . . and squirrels!  The squirrel wraps itself around the feeder, sometimes using its paws to reach in for nuts and seeds (or at least to assist their passage to the mouth).  The birds fly close but when the squirrel remains, the birds fly away.  

I have a stack of rocks not far from the tube feeder so I put a container of bird food on top the rocks and it quickly became a go-to place for the birds when the squirrel is at the tube feeder.  Funny that the squirrel never goes near the lower feeding station on the rocks, always choosing the hanging tube feeder.
